The Party’s Over is the firsthand account born from my nearly two decades inside Joel Greenberg’s orbit—and the consequences I experienced personally.

A life is more than its worst chapter.

Raised amid the Lebanese Civil War, I learned early what political tribalism, blind loyalty, and the pursuit of power can cost.

Years later, I encountered those forces again inside modern American politics through my nearly two-decade friendship with Joel Greenberg. I made serious misjudgments. I paid for them personally, including serving a federal prison sentence.

But consequence is not the same as conclusion. Today, I am rebuilding as an author, entrepreneur, and inventor—carrying forward the lessons, not the chaos.

The book is raw by design: I made the intentional decision to let it all out, including my own mistakes and the consequences that followed.

Accountability requires truth—all of it.

I accept responsibility for the mistakes I made and the decisions that were mine. I will not accept responsibility for actions I did not commit.

The 2016 Party and the Mann Act-Related Charge

My federal case included a Mann Act-related charge alleging that I aided and abetted another person in enticing two adult women to travel interstate to engage in prostitution. The charge arose from a party I attended in 2016. The allegation and what actually occurred are not the same.

Let me be unequivocal: I did not entice, persuade, recruit, or transport anyone to attend that party.

I had no communication with either woman before the event. I did not arrange their attendance or travel. I did not ask anyone to contact them on my behalf. I simply arrived at the party as an attendee.

The public record reflects that I pleaded guilty to an offense alleging otherwise. I accepted that plea and charge under extreme duress—not because I was guilty of it. I cannot change what appears in the public record, but I will not accept responsibility for actions I did not commit, nor will I allow a legal label to stand as the only account of what happened.

I accept responsibility for the mistakes I actually made and for the decisions that were mine. Accountability, however, does not require me to adopt a version of events that I know is untrue—particularly where the plea was accepted under extreme duress.

I did not entice anyone to travel for prostitution. I attended a party. That is the truth, and I will state it plainly.
